 Johns Creek Restaurants Originally, the city insisted that restaurants would need to: - obtain a property survey in order prove that they weren't too close to schools, churches or other protected places
- a background check to ensure no felons were providing alcohol
- pay for advertising their license applications.
Restaurant owners complained these measures were excessive and expensive. The background checks will stay, but the advertising fees will be reduced and the survey criteria will be based on existing Fulton County standards.
